PRIVACY NOTICE
This notice explains what happens to the information you provide when you request a diagnostic or contact Synaptica Consulting.
1. Data controller
The controller is Michele Giustacchini, operating under the Synaptica Consulting brand. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to giustacchinimichele@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
The diagnostic form collects your name, company, business email, selected service area, the problem you describe and the date of your privacy acknowledgement. We do not ask for special-category data; please do not include it in the free-text field.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
We use the data only to review your request, reply, prepare the diagnostic and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps you asked for. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested pre-contractual activity and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure request management and limited business follow-up. The form is not used to subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
4. Required fields
The fields marked as required are necessary to understand and answer your request. If they are not provided, the form cannot be submitted.
5. Recipients and processing
Data is accessible to Synaptica Consulting and to authorised infrastructure providers that host or protect the site and act under contractual data protection obligations. Data is not sold. Any international processing is handled through the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
6. Retention
Diagnostic requests are normally retained for up to 12 months from the last substantive interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless a contract, legal obligation, dispute or security requirement justifies a different period.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority.
8. Automated decisions
Website enquiries are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
